The added red inflating straw is really thoughtful as well. Paired with a Buff "pillowcase", this is truly barley there backcountry luxury. Easy to use and pack, the FlexAir pillows are the perfect solution. Previous to the FlexAir pillow, I was always challenged to find a workable solution without a weight or volume penalty. How can you beat it for the weight and the price. I inflated it about halfway and it was perfect. If I have a problem with the one I purchased I will definitely buy another. Seems sturdy enough for its purpose and surprisingly so given its 1 ounce weight. Used on a couple trips I'm very careful with it and use it wrapped in my fleece jacket. I used this 21 nights in a row on the long trail without a single issue and it was comfortable to boot.īest three bucks I've ever spent incredibly thick great support. I have owned 4 different backpacking pillows and none have lasted a quarter as long as this $3 pillow. ![]() They do make some crinkle sounds but I think they will be fine. How I put up the straw without breaking or loosing it? Sleep comfortable as never before outdoors! Much better than trying to use a stuff sack filled with excess clothing items. It is also easy to adjust to the thickness and firmness desired. The FlexAir pillow is easy to inflate and stays inflated. I use this large FlexAir Inflatable Pillow under my regular camping pillow, which is just not thick enough.
